Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal

Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business

Day: calendar day

Duration transaction: an agreement relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over time

Durable data carrier: any means enabling storage of information for future reference

Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the agreement within the cooling-off period

Model withdrawal form: the form provided by the entrepreneur for withdrawal

Entrepreneur: Nature Bar

Distance contract: an agreement concluded without physical presence

Means of distance communication: method to conclude agreement remotely

Article 3 - Applicability

These terms apply to every offer and agreement between Nature Bar and the consumer.

These terms are made available before concluding the agreement.
-
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

Ambiguities are interpreted in line with the spirit of these terms.

Additional conditions may apply to business orders as described in Article 16.
Article 4 - The offer

The offer is non-binding and may be changed.
-
Descriptions are as accurate as possible but indicative.
-
Obvious errors are not binding.
-
Images are indicative and may differ.
-
Nature Bar products are handmade and contain natural ingredients. Variations in color, scent, shape and finish do not constitute a defect.
Article 5 - The agreement

The agreement is concluded upon acceptance and confirmation.

Nature Bar may refuse orders or impose conditions.
-
Agreements are subject to availability.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
For products:
-
The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days.
-
The period starts the day after receipt.
-
Products must be returned in original condition.
For services:
-
The consumer may withdraw within 14 days from conclusion of the agreement.
Article 7 - Costs in case of withdrawal
-
Return costs are borne by the consumer.
-
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the return.
-
Loss in value due to use may be charged.
Article 8 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
-
Exclusion applies if clearly stated.

This applies to:
-
custom-made products
-
products that cannot be returned
-
products that spoil quickly
-
sealed hygienic products once opened
Cosmetic and personal care products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Services relating to leisure activities on a specific date are excluded.
Article 9 - The price

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change.
-
Obvious errors are not binding.
Article 10 - Conformity and warranty

Products meet reasonable expectations.
-
Legal warranty applies.
-
Complaints must be reported within 2 months.

Nature Bar products are based on natural ingredients. Results may vary per person.

Nature Bar is not liable for individual skin reactions, allergies or sensitivities.
-
The customer is responsible for checking ingredients and suitability for use.
Article 11 - Delivery and execution
-
Delivery takes place at the provided address.
-
Delivery times are indicative.
-
Delays do not entitle compensation.
-
Risk transfers upon delivery.
Article 12 - Duration transactions
-
Consumers may terminate ongoing agreements with a maximum notice period of one month.
-
Automatic renewal is only allowed where legally permitted.
Article 13 - Payment
-
Payment must be made immediately via the available payment methods during checkout.
-
The agreement is concluded once payment is successfully completed.
-
The consumer must report inaccuracies in payment details without delay.
-
Nature Bar reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or payment issues.
Article 14 - Complaints procedure

Complaints can be submitted via info@naturebar.nl

Nature Bar responds within 14 days.
-
If unresolved, disputes may be handled through WebwinkelKeur.
Article 15 - Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
-
The Vienna Convention does not apply.
Article 16 - Additional provisions
16.1 Workshops
Participation in workshops is at your own risk.
During workshops, natural ingredients and soap are used. This may cause stains on clothing and mild skin irritation.
Participants are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and reporting allergies.
Instructions must be followed at all times.
Entering the workshop space, including stairs, is at your own risk.
Nature Bar is not liable for damage to clothing or personal belongings, nor for mild skin reactions.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the workshop, to the extent permitted by law.
16.2 Business orders and wholesale
These provisions apply to business customers and resellers.
Orders must be paid 100% in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Resale is permitted via own sales channels. Selling via marketplaces such as Amazon or similar platforms is not allowed without prior written consent.
Nature Bar may provide a recommended retail price. Resellers must not apply pricing that harms the brand positioning. Nature Bar reserves the right to reconsider the partnership in such cases.
Delivery is carried out in accordance with agreed terms.
Products may not be repackaged, altered or sold under a different name without permission.
Nature Bar reserves the right to terminate cooperation in case of breach of these terms.
Additional provisions must not disadvantage the consumer and must be recorded in writing.
