Refund policy
Return
We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@naturebar.nl. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Hannie Dankbaarpassage 45, 1053 RT Amsterdam. Return shipping is at your own expense.

Exceptions/No Return Items
Certain types of items are not returnable, such as customised products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items or gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.
Rights
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided the seal is intact. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after withdrawal to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs.
Only the costs of returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Nature Bar with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@naturebar.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Complaints
We clearly only want satisfied customers. Of course, things can happen if something doesn't go exactly as planned. First, submit your complaint by emailing info@naturebar.nl. If this doesn't lead to a solution, you can submit your complaint (or disable it) for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.
Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and purchase the new one separately once the return is accepted.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit your refund.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
- Up to 4 days in advance: 50% refund or one-time rescheduling.
- Less than 4 days in advance: No refund, but the workshop can be transferred to someone else.
